Sealer residue on polished marble

I recently installed a polished crema marfil Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) tile floor in my bathroom and (http://maplered.com) the tile layer did not remove the sealer properly so there is a sort of grimey, dull residue over the entire floor (and (http://maplered.com) bathtub and (http://maplered.com) shower) that is hard to remove.

 

What should I do to remove it?  Is there a particular product I should use.  The sealer was 511 porous plus. 

 

I also have a crema marfil Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) slab vanity top.  Do you recommend a particular product to keep Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) clean and (http://maplered.com) polished looking?  What about slate -- I have a brazilian green slate fireplace surround.
